COOEE MOBILE – PAY FOR 1 MONTH, GET 3 FREE PROMOTION & 6 MONTH GIVEAWAY
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Cooee Mobile Pty Ltd (ABN 33 293 428 953) ("Cooee Mobile").
2. Promotional Period
Pay for 1 Month. Get 3 Free Promotion
The promotion commences on 27 July 2026 and is limited to the first one hundred (100) eligible activations. Once one hundred (100) eligible activations have been reached, the promotion will automatically close. If fewer than one hundred (100) eligible activations are received, Cooee Mobile may withdraw the promotion at any time.
6 Month Giveaway
The giveaway commences on 27 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm ACST on 31 August 2026, or when all one hundred (100) promotional activations have been claimed, whichever occurs first. The draw will be conducted within fourteen (14) days of the closing date.
Cooee Mobile reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw either promotion where reasonably necessary.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible, customers must:
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Successfully create a Cooee Mobile account.
- Successfully complete identity verification.
- Successfully activate a new $29 15GB Cooee Mobile eSIM plan using a new mobile number.
- Pay the first monthly charge of $29 upfront.
- Be one of the first one hundred (100) eligible activations.
The promotion is not available to:
- Existing Cooee Mobile customers.
- Number port (transfer) activations.
- Physical SIM activations.
- Cancelled, refunded, reversed or fraudulent activations.
Limit one (1) promotional activation and one (1) giveaway entry per verified customer.
4. Pay for 1 Month. Get 3 Free
Eligible customers will receive:
- Month 1: $29 payable upfront.
- Months 2, 3 and 4: One (1) $29 account credit applied before each monthly billing cycle.
No promotional code is required. Eligible customers simply activate an eligible service and Cooee Mobile will automatically apply the monthly credits.
Promotional credits:
- have no cash value;
- are not transferable;
- cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products or services.
After Month 4, the service will continue at the standard monthly price unless cancelled. Customers may cancel at any time. No lock-in contracts apply.
5. Six Month Giveaway
Every customer who successfully qualifies for the Pay for 1 Month. Get 3 Free promotion will automatically receive one (1) entry into the giveaway. No separate entry is required.
Following the close of the giveaway, five (5) eligible customers will be randomly drawn. Each winner will receive account credits equal to six (6) months on the $29 plan, including reimbursement of the initial $29 payment where applicable.
Prize Pool
- Five (5) prizes.
- Prize value: $174 AUD each.
- Total prize pool: $870 AUD.
Prizes:
- are not transferable;
- are not redeemable for cash;
- cannot be substituted.
Winners will be notified by email using the address registered to their Cooee Mobile account within seven (7) days of the draw. If a prize is not claimed within thirty (30) days, Cooee Mobile reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
6. General
Cooee Mobile reserves the right to verify customer eligibility and to refuse or cancel any activation found to be fraudulent, duplicated or otherwise ineligible.
Where an activation is cancelled, refunded, reversed or terminated before all promotional credits have been applied, any remaining promotional credits may be withdrawn and the customer will no longer be eligible for the giveaway.
Cooee Mobile's decision regarding eligibility and the order in which eligible activations are received is final.
Cooee Mobile reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel these promotions where reasonably necessary due to technical, operational, legal or regulatory requirements.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with these promotions will be handled in accordance with Cooee Mobile's Privacy Policy and used for administering the promotions, providing mobile services and contacting prize winners.
